1968 Dodge Charger
The 1968 Dodge Charger was a full restoration job. All body work and paint was subcontracted out.
New Magnumforce front suspension set up.
Willwood brake kit.
Reinstall the fully rebuild 8 ¾ Mopar rear axle on new leaf springs and single adjustable QA1 shocks.
Front suspension forward tube supports were fabricated and bolted into the bulkhead and chassis to give front suspension mounts extra support.
Fully rebuilt 440 Big Block Mopar Engine and 727 TorqueFlite Transmission reinstalled.
Long Tube headers were ceramic coated and installed as a starting point for a fully custom built 3” stainless steel exhaust system with Flomaster Mufflers.
Fresh ignition system which comprises of an MSD 6AL ignition box, ignition blaster coil, MSD Pro Billet distributor and 8.5mm MSD Super conductor plug wires.
Griffon aluminium radiator
Wiring updates made, battery relocated to the boot of the car and all wiring from the bulkhead forward was completely renewed.
Every single nut, bolt and fastener renewed.
Engine bay tidied up and custom fabricated brackets made for ancillary parts.
Breather hoses and oil catch can installed.
Mopar 15 X 8 front and 15 X 10 Rear steel wheels fitted with BF Goodrich tyres.
